Racionalizace výroby osazeného otvoru na náboji oběžného kola

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of rationalization of production of the stepped hole on the impeller hub. The introduction describes current production technology. Based on the description of the existing technology is proposed rationalization of production. The rationalization of production I propose consist in changing the cutting tool. Using the back spot facing tool is achieved the higher cutting parametres, while the production costs are reduced. The final part includes technical and economical evaluation with the necessary calculations.
