Abstract

Master thesis deals with project of electro – hydraulics linear drive of vacuum equipment which is used to making special steels. The introduction compares possible the sorts of solution to drive and function principle vacuum equipment. Based on the comparison of different kinds of drives is a solution designed to drive vacuum degassing equipment.In the thesis for the precise position control is selected by servo hydraulics. Based on the selected solution is drawn hydraulic circuit including the specification of components and to verify the accuracy of positioning is a mathematical model of the device solved. The last section is proposed to design solutions to the control block, situated on the body of linear hydraulic motors.
