The diploma thesis from the faculty of mechanical engineering VŠB-Technical university of Ostrava of department production machines and design. Supervised by Ing. Blata, J., Ph.D. The diploma thesis is focused on finding out the technical condition of Chiron MILL machines in the company Česká Zbrojovka a.s. Uherský Brod. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the state of the above mentioned machines by using methods of technical diagnostics and to determinate recommendations for future operations. The theoretical part describes especially vibrodiagnostics and tribodiagnostics methods selected for determining the technical condition of the machines.. The practical part is focused on analyzing oil filling and rating of lubricant parameters and its degradation by using tribodiagnostic tests. Appropriate recommendations have been determined from laboratory results and its subsequent evaluation. The last part contains the description and evaluation of the measurement of the machine spindle state by vibration signal analysis.
