Vyhodnocení efektivity formálního systému komunikace ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

The topic of my diploma thesis is focussed on internal communication in organization, which is necesary for efective fiction of whole organization in these days.

The target of my diploma thesis is to collect informations of internal communication in firm from Czech and foreign literature. It is deal with functional process of communication, presentation of flows, implements, barriers, conflicts, etc. Practical target is evaluation of communication in particular organization and offers of improvement.

Benefit of the thesis is proposic of two mirrored questionnairies, which lead to evaluation of quality of interpersonal communication among managers and employees. Another bendit is detection of failerres in internal communication in particular organization and propasing of recommendations, which managers make use of thein improvement.
