Abstract
The topic of the diploma thesis is Proposal for a Change in the Human Capital Strategy in a Company with Foreign Capital. According to the company's assignment, the author focuses on the positions of operators in the production department. The aim of the diploma work is to analyze the current strategy and propose change, the partial goal is to describe and analyze the human resources processes, identify processes which would be possible to improve and propose changes. The PEST method was used to analyze the external environment, the results of the employee survey are used for internal environment analysis. Staffing, orientation, training and remuneration of employees are human resources processes which are analyzed in detail. Strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats are identified using SWOT analysis. At the end of the diploma thesis, the author proposes recommendations and changes in human resource processes to reduce turnover, increase employee satisfaction and engagement.
