Abstract

Anotace

V předložené práci je popsána podstata managementu lidských zdrojů. První část popisuje historii, pojem, používané metody a pozici managementu v organizaci. V další části je pak popsáno řízení lidských zdrojů u Policie České republiky, včetně právní úpravy a zjednodušené organizační a řídicí struktury. Závěrečná část je věnována vlastnímu popisu služebního hodnocení policistů jako jedné z metod řízení lidských zdrojů u policie ČR. Jeho odrazem je vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření spokojenosti s jeho prováděním a vyvození návrhů na zlepšení jeho provádění.

Summary

The submitted diploma thesis describes the core of the human resources management. The first part deals with history, notion, methods used and position of management in the organisation. The next part focuses on human resources management at the Police of the Czech Republic including legal modifications and simplification of the organezational and top management structure. The final part is dedicated to the actual description of the policemen´s service evaluation as to one of the methods of human resources management at the Police of the Czech republic. This assessment mirrors the evaluation of the questionnaire survey about the satisfaction with its realisation and formulation of the suggestions leading to the improvement of the realisation.
