Optimalizace strategie pohybu prázdných a plných balení komponent na montážní hale

Abstract

The introduction of the diploma thesis is focused on general concept of a optimization strategy of a movement of the packages. There is a description of the current assembly lines, processing, bill of materials and material flow. The project describes two conceptions of placement and movement of full and empty packages in the new hall. The optimization is made according of an amount of the raw material, space placement and financial useful. The most efficient project is chosen based on the simulation results and rearrangement of the proposal. The Kanban system is created with the signalization and feeding of the assembly line with the operator. In the end there is a conclusion.
