This thesis deals with one of the areas of human resources management also called human resources management (HRM). Work includes sub human resource management, which is a recruitment and selection of employees The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the procedures in the process of recruitment and selection of directors branches in logistics company Geis CZ, s. r. o. Based on the analysis of processes and procedures that the organization uses, it is possible to recommend specific proposals and measures for improvement.
