Abstract
The diploma thesis is focused on study of nano inhibitor viscosity coat effect
on adhesion and anticorrosion characteristics. The goal of diploma thesis is to find
an effect of viscosity coat on adherence to basic material. The work is divided into two parts, first part consists of theoretical stuff, which deals with surface characteristic, surface pre-treatment before coat application, application of coating composition, material corrosion, coat viscosity and basic theory of nano technology. The second part is experimental with usage of nano inhibitor coats with two ratios of water diluted
1:10 and 1:15, they were applied to two kinds of underlying materials of standard testing panels and blasted sheet steel grits. There were detected tidiness, dustiness
and rigidity on the surface of the samples before finishing of painting. After finishing the painting and hardened were the samples exposed to cross-cut test of adherence, cross cut test, determination of dry mater value and density of coating and corrosion test in the salt room. The samples with value of dilute 1:15 were more adhesive
and the samples with the value of dilute 1:10 had better result in corrosion tests. Other results were described in the tables and graphs and were explained in detail
