Návrhy na zlepšenie u vybraných poloautomatizovaných pracovísk spoločnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vyhodnocením využití poloautomatizovaných linek. Nejprve je zpracovaná teoretická část týkající se průmyslu 4.0, automatizací, výroby a teoretickými definicemi použitých metod, jako je snímek pracovního dne či OEE. V praktické části je popsaná firma a analýza současného stavu obsahující postup montáže dílů na obou linkách, časové harmonogramy procesů automatizace, původní plán automatizace společnosti a snímky pracovního dne na jednotlivých pozicích. V závěrečné části jsou zpracované návrhy na zlepšení a celkové zhodnocení práce.

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the use of semi-automated lines. First of all, the theoretical part related by industry 4.0, automatization, production and theoretical definitions of the used methods, such as the snapshot of the working day or OEE. In the practical part is described the company and an analysis of the current state containing the assembly procedure of parts on both lines, time schedules of the automatization processes, the company's original automatization plan and snapshot of the working day at individual positions. In the final part are listed suggestions for improvement and overall evaluation of the work.
