Abstract

Diploma thesis considers Evalution of Information Systems of the Municipal Office Nový Jičín. The main objective is Evaluation Public Administration Information Systems of the Municipal Office in Nový Jičín in terms of benefits for users. Users are employees of the Municipal Office who have specific information systems and users who use the services of this Municipal Office. The second chapter focuses on the characteristics of public administration and eGovernment, public administration information systems. The third chapter focuses on the history of the development of the information system of the Municipal Office after 1990. The fourth chapter is focused on the analysis and evaluation of public administration information systems from the perspective of a public administration employee and a citizen.
