Abstract

KRUPA, T. Design Optimization Vehicle of Furnace. OSTRAVA: VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Production Machines and Design, 59 p. Thesis, head: FRIES, J. This thesis deals with the design optimization vehicle of furnace that is designed to transport batches, rails, into the annealing furnace no. 18 placed in the lobby of hardening NS 340 VÍTKOVICE MECHANIKA a.s. The introduction gives a brief overview of the distribution of industrial furnaces. And there is briefly described the principle chamber furnaces and its main parts, including the vehicle of furnace. It is then processed in the work of problem analysis, a general description of the current state and design solutions to the design optimization vehicle of furnace for a batch weighing 300 tons. Of course there is the necessary static calculations or computations required for actuator sizing vehicle of furnace. Finally, it is a FEM stress analysis of some of the structural parts of the vehicle after optimization. The conclusion is made a final assessment of this optimization. The technical drawings are attached.
