Management a marketing velké sportovní akce

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce vznikla za účelem přispět k objasnění problematiky managementu a marketingu významné sportovní akce, konkrétně XVIII. Mezinárodního mistrovství ČR v jízdě na veslařském trenažéru. Výzkumné šetření bylo zaměřeno také na srovnání této akce s jejími předchozími ročníky, které měly stejného hlavního pořadatele – Veslařský klub Olomouc. Jsou zde zachyceny stěžejní body organizace a příprav, ale také vyhodnocení závodu na veslařském trenažéru na úrovni republikové soutěže. Cílem této diplomové práce je postihnout problematiku managementu a marketingu velké sportovní akce a srovnání této problematiky ve čtyřech ročnících jejího konání.

This graduation theses was created to help clarify the issue of management and marketing major sport events, XVIII. International Indoor Rowing Championship of Czech Republic. The research investigation was focused on a comparison of the Indoor Rowing Championship with its previous years, which had the same project leader – Veslarsky klub Olomouc. There are captured key points of organization and preparation and the evaluation of indoor rowing competitions, too. The aim of this thesis is to examine the issue of management and marketing of major sports events and comparing this issue in the past four year´s volume.
