Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with a construction design of a device specialized in taking samples of fluid in potentially dangerous surroundings. It is a plan of a mechanism that eject a tube in given distance. The entire mechanism has to comply with the directive ATEX of a minimal cathegory II G/D. Theoretical part contains a detailed descripton of the directive ATEX and its individual cathegories, groups and types of protection against the explosion. There are also other manual methods of taking fluid samples described. A part of the thesis are concepts of three ways how to take fluid samples and four ways of a tube ejection options. Subsequently the optimal alternative is chosen and constructionally solved in a 3D model. Computative part of the thesis contains the design of pneumatic block for a tube ejection control. In the last part there is a solution of prototype of a tube ejection using a current gripper MR ARES, however it doesn’t correspond with optimal way of taking fluid samples.
