Návrh držáku senzoru pro měření nárazových sil

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of an adjustable holder for a PFMD sensor used for measuring impact forces during the validation of collaborative robotic applications based on the PFL method. During such measurements, the sensor must be fixed in a stable position, quickly adjusted to the required location and accurately oriented with respect to the direction of robot motion. Commonly available commercial solutions often do not provide a sufficient combination of stiffness, adjustability and compatibility with a specific robotic workstation. The result of this thesis is a mechanical design of a sensor holder that enables height adjustment, rotation of the arms and rigid attachment to the worktable using a slot-based mounting system. The proposed structure was created as a 3D CAD model, supported by drawing documentation and verified by strength calculations and simulation analysis. The results show that the proposed solution meets the requirements for stiffness, stability and safe sensor fixation under the considered loading conditions.
