Návrh zařízení pro zpracování plastového odpadu

Abstract

The content of this bachelor thesis is the design of equipment for processing plastic waste. The main goal is to improve access to the waste treatment itself at the municipal level, showing the possibilities of recycling and then motivating local citizens to sort waste. The first part of the thesis provides a brief overview of the general issues. Furthermore, the search describes everything needed for similar crushing equipment. The research also clarifies how to efficiently process plastic crumbs. The thesis then develops two implementation proposals, which are described in detail. Based on the selected criteria, the optimal design variant was subsequently selected. The construction of the crusher was developed concerning the fast and efficient crushing of the most used types of plastics and easy maintenance. The basic calculation part deals with the determination of the theoretical shear force and the strength checking of the sub - parts of the device. For the solution, I used both - an analytical and an approach using the Finite Element Method. The results of all calculations are contained in the final part of this work. Some more comprehensive procedures of calculations are given in the supplement, which also contains production drawings, assembly drawings and important calculation parameters of the key parts of the mechanism.
