Identifikace hrozeb a příležitostí střediska volného času

Abstract

Cílem práce je identifikace hrozeb a příležitostí střediska volného času, konkrétně Střediska volného času Juventus, Karviná, příspěvková organizace. Práce je rozdělena na část praktickou a část teoretickou. Praktická část definuje metody strategické analýzy použité v teoretické části, a to PEST a analýzu, Analýzu interního prostředí podniku a souhrnnou SWOT analýzu. Data analyzovaná v praktické části uvedla řadu silných a slabých stránek organizace a také byly identifikovány hrozby a příležitosti. Autorka v závěru navrhla středisku doporučení pro využití vzniklých příležitostí a také jak může naložit středisko s hrozbami.

The aim of the work is threats indentification and opportunities of leisure activities centre, in particular Leisure Activities Centre Juventus, Karviná, funded organization. The work is devided into the theoretical and the practical parts. The practical part defines the methods of the strategic analysis used in the theoretical part, namely PEST analysis, Analysis of internal organization environment and summary SWOT analysis. Data analysed in the practical part showed the organization strengths and weaknesses as well as the threats and the oppotunities were indentifided. The author proposed the centre the recomendation of useing arisen opportunities in conclusion, also how it can deal with the threats.
