Návrh náporového chlazení kotoučové brzdy závodního motocyklu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem náporového chlazení kotoučové brzdy závodního motocyklu. V úvodu jsou popsány principy brzdových systémů a analyzovány současné způsoby jejich chlazení, zejména v oblasti motorsportu. Na základě této rešerše jsou navrženy koncepty náporového chlazení s ohledem na prostorová a aerodynamická omezení závodního motocyklu. Z preferované verze je vytvořen prototyp, který je testován z hlediska montáže a funkčnosti. Výsledný návrh je verze prototypu, která prošla aktualizací z pohledu technické proveditelnosti a možnosti použití v reálných závodních podmínkách. Dokumentace návrhu je součástí přílohy bakalářské práce.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of the ram air cooling of the disc brake of a racing motorcycle. In the introduction, the principles of brake systems are described and the current methods of their cooling are analysed, especially in the field of motorsport. On the basis of this research, concepts of ram air cooling are engineered and developed to accommodate the limited installation space and aerodynamic constraints of a racing motorcycle. From the preferred version, a prototype is created and tested considering both installation and operational efficiency. The final design is a version of the prototype that has been updated in terms of technical feasibility and possibility of use in real racing conditions. The design documentation is included in the appendix of the bachelor´s thesis.
