Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of parametric model of the lifting platform and its position lock. There is a description of device principle and properties in the introductory part. Further the geometric and finite-element model of the platform is created and assembled. Boundary conditions are applied to finite-element model which passes through finite element analysis. The aim of this work is to find critical places in terms of stress concentration and also to determine a behavior for certain loads and position configurations. The results of analyses have shown inappropriate structure of the position lock. Therefore a new lock structure was designed. The new lock also passed through the analysis again and the results were compared with the previous ones. New design solution of the lock turned out to be much more acceptable.
