Návrh úpravy kotle K6 v Teplárně ČSA v Karviné

Abstract

The aim of this master thesis is proposal of reconstructions which would lead to improvement of the current state of boilers K6 in Heating plant ČSA Karviná, which would also lead to improvement in equipment efficiency and reduce emissions. The master thesis based on the measurement and calculation efficiency of the boiler K6. This master thesis also contains a description of the boiler K6 and others related facillities, a description of technical and operational problems that occur during the operation and suggestions of possible technical adjustments. In other parts of my master thesis deals only reconstructions, that lead to a solving the problem with direct flow. Solution of reconstruction to prevent direct blowing contains measurement on the primary fan and related calculations of pressure drops. The last chapter is technical and economic evaluations of the proposed reconstructions.
