Konstrukční návrh CNC frézky

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem CNC frézky pro obrábění plastů a hliníkových slitin. V úvodu práce je popsána teorie obrábění doplněná o popis funkce jednotlivých prvků stroje nutných k pochopení jeho fungování. Dále je pak provedena rešerše existujících zařízení následo-vaná výběrem postupu při konstruování. Pro dimenzování rámu stroje jsou určeny řezné síly dle konkrétních materiálů na základě kterých je provedena kontrola funkčních částí. V závěru práce je navržený rám podroben MKP analýze za účelem kontroly jeho deformací. Výstupem této práce je výkresová dokumentace vybraných dílů a sestav.

The thesis deals with the design of a CNC milling machine for machining plastics and aluminium alloys. In the introduction of the thesis, the theory of machining is described, supplemented by a description of the function of individual elements of the machine necessary to understand its oper-ation. Then a search of existing equipment is carried out followed by the selection of the design procedure. For the dimensioning of the machine frame, cutting forces are determined according to specific materials on the basis of which the inspection of the functional parts is carried out. At the end of the work, the designed frame is subjected to FEM analysis in order to check its defor-mations. The output of this work is a drawing documentation of selected parts and assemblies.
