Možnosti zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce, která nese název „Možnosti zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku“ je soustředěna na účelové soustavy ukazatelů, jako jsou bonitní a bankrotní modely. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na definování konkurenceschopnosti a jejího finančního a nefinančního měření. Dále následuje uvedení do problematiky finanční analýzy, vymezení metod finanční analýzy a stručný popis jednotlivých ukazatelů, PEST analýza, SWOT analýza, a Porterova teorie konkurenčních sil. V praktické části pak budou aplikovány teoretické poznatky na daný podnik JINPO PLUS a.s., kde jsou do konkrétních modelů dosazovány účetní hodnoty podniku a realizovány jejich výpočty.

This thesis whose title is „ Possibilities of Increasing the Competitiveness of the Enterprise“ is focused on the utility system indicators such as creditworthy and bankruptcy models. The theoretical part of the work is aimed on defining the competitiveness and its financial and non-financial measuring. This is followed by the introduction to the financial analysis, definition of methods of financial analysis and the brief description of the indicators, PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and Porter’s five forces analysis. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge is subsequently applied to the enterprise JINPO PLUS a. s., where the book values of the firm are being put into concrete models and their calculations performed.
