Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze current state of development and education of workers in STARTEP company. The basic step was to gain necessary information and for evaluation of the overall situation was used structured interview. The output of the bachelor thesis is overall evaluation of the educational process of the STARTEP Ltd. company, there are also described some recommendations that will help increase working level of the company and its competitiveness. Bachelor thesis is devided in theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part contains types and methods of education, which are simultaneously applied in practical part.
