Ekonomické frézování korozivzdorných ocelí s HFC nástroji

Abstract

Master thesis deal of economical milling of stainless steels by HFC tools. In the first part of thesis is descriped technology and design of tools for HFC milling, their geometry, material and wear. Next part described chosen prototype of Dormer Pramet company, which is compared with chosen competitors. The main part of master thesis is focused on experimental comparison tests of competitors solution of HFC tools for determination of durability by machining. The final part is dedicated on technical-economical evaluation of achieved results of machining tests.
