Studium současného stavu použití nanonátěrů

Abstract

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám studiem současného stavu použití nanonátěrů. V první teoretické části jsem popsal předúpravy povrchu a následný rozbor povrchu materiálu. Dále jsem popsal nátěrové hmoty, jejich složení a vlastnosti. Uvedl jsem nejnovější trendy nanonátěrů a také novinky co se týče nanotechnologii. Neopomněl jsem také na budoucí vize a možnosti ve vývoji v tomto odvětví. V praktické části jsem se snažil prokázat funkčnost běžně dostupných nanolaků. Pomocí zkoušky v korozní komoře jsem chtěl dokázat, že tyto prostředky nejsou ani zdaleka tak ochranné jak by měly být.

In my bachelor thesis I deal with the study of the current use of nanopaints. In the first part I describe surface preparation and a subsequent analysis of the surface material. I also describe coatings with their composition and properties. I’ve included the latest trends in nanopaints and news regarding nanotechnology. I, of course, haven't failed to include an insight into the future visions and developmental possibilities of this sector. For the practical part, I have tried to demonstrate the functionality of commercially available nanocoatings. With the use of a corrosion test chamber I have attempted to prove that these products aren’t nearly as protective as they should actually be.
