Abstract
The primary objective of my bachelor thesis is measuring of the satisfaction of Raiffeisenbank clients and by means of marketing research, to find out the satisfaction or dissatisfaction with banking services. Theory part of my bachelor thesis, I dedicate to the satisfaction of the bank clients generally. The following chapter focuses on Raiffeisenbank profile. The measuring of the satisfaction of bank clients was preceded by the setting up of research methodology. In the final chapter, there were outlined the recommendations how to increase the satisfaction of the bank clients resulting from the research analysis.
