Analýza a ekonomické zhodnocení digitalizace ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zkoumání přínosů digitalizace ve firemním prostředí. Cílem práce je analyzovat a ekonomicky zhodnotit zavedení digitalizace ve vybraném podniku a poukázat na výhody jejího využití v podnikatelské sféře. V první části jsou shrnuty teoretické koncepce spojené s problematikou inovací, investic a Průmyslu 4.0. Ve druhé části je provedena analýza procesu zavedení digitalizace v podniku ProDomy.cz, která je doplněna o zhodnocení ekonomických dopadů provedené investice za použití metod hodnocení efektivnosti investic. Práce ukazuje, že díky digitalizaci činností a využití moderních technologií je možné transformovat firmu nabízející lokální služby na společnost s celorepublikovou působností.

The thesis focuses on the benefits of digitalization in the business environment. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and economically evaluate the implementation of digitalization in a selected company and to point out the advantages of its use in the business sphere. The first part summarizes the theoretical concepts related to the issues of innovation, investment and Industry 4.0. In the second part, an analysis of the process of introducing digitalization in the company ProDomy.cz is performed, which is complemented by an evaluation of the economic impact of the investment using methods of investment efficiency evaluation. The work shows that thanks to the digitalization of activities and the use of modern technologies, it is possible to transform a company offering local services into a company with a nationwide presence.
