Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with wind energy. Its content is the first part of the historical development of wind energy and building wind farms, in the second part of the practical calculations are then made basic dimensions of wind turbine rotor blade for a specified power according to Schmitz and Betz theory. The work is a sample size calculation of basic graphic design and results for both the theory.
