Návrh ochranného rámu vozidla

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a pevnostní kontrolou ochranného rámu pro závodní nákladní vozidlo. V teoretické části je provedena rešerše v oblasti problematiky bezpečnostních klecí a legislativních a soutěžních požadavků FIA. Praktická část práce obsahuje zástavbovou studii realizovanou na základě dat dodaných zadavatelem. Následně je popsán proces konstrukčního návrhu 3D modelu a tvorba výkresové dokumentace v programu Autodesk Inventor s ohledem na volbu materiálu. Navržená konstrukce je podrobena pevnostní analýze metodou konečných prvků dle předpisů EHK/OSN č. 29 a normy ČSN EN 1846-2. V závěru práce je vypracován orientační cenový rozbor prototypové výroby a navržen optimální způsob antikorozní ochrany technologií kataforézního lakování.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and structural analysis of a protective roll cage for a racing truck. The theoretical part provides research on the issue of safety cages and the legislative and competitive requirements of the FIA. The practical part contains a packaging study carried out on the basis of data provided by the sponsor. Subsequently, the process of the 3D model structural design and the creation of drawing documentation in the Autodesk Inventor software is described, taking into account the material selection. The proposed structure is subjected to a finite element analysis according to ECE/UN Regulation No. 29 and the EN 1846-2 standard. In the conclusion of the thesis, an approximate cost analysis of prototype production is elaborated, and an optimal method of anti-corrosion protection using cataphoretic coating technology is proposed.
