Provedení analýzy motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the analysis of employee motivation in a selected organization operating in the automotive industry. The aim of the thesis is to comprehensively evaluate the current state of employee motivation and to identify key factors that significantly influence it. The research was conducted through a questionnaire survey among employees and semi-structured interviews. Based on the analysis of the collected data, specific recommendations are formulated to optimize the existing motivational system. The results of the thesis provide practical insights that can be utilized not only by the management of the examined organization but also by other companies operating under similar conditions.
