Analýza efektivnosti výrobní společnosti pomocí DEA modelů

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of individual orders in a manufacturing company and based on the acquired data, propose optimization solutions that will improve their production efficiency and thus the overall operation of the facility. This efficiency problem is addressed using DEA models, which were applied through the GAMS program. The first part of this thesis contains the theory of plastic materials, including their classification, significance for today's society, and their impact on the environment. Another part consists of theory related to DEA models, specifically their characteristics, definition of basic concepts, classification, and methodology for working with them. The application part of this thesis includes a brief description of production units, individual inputs, and outputs. The conclusion of this part focuses on the application of DEA models to specific data, evaluation of the obtained results, and subsequent proposal of optimization solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency of production and processing of selected inefficient orders.
