Návrh robotizovaného pracoviště pro svařování trubek klimatizačních jednotek

Abstract

The thesis deals with welding cell, which is used for welding tube of air conditioning. In this thesis is solved improvement of welding cell for bigger utilization of robot in the technological process of production. The introduction of thesis contains presentation a product processed in a robotic welding cell and the actual robot cell with all the machines and tools. After this is an inventory of safety features, inventory shortages and calculating the current utilization of the workplace. In other sections are elaborated solutions all of deficiency and propose appropriate amendments of welding cell.
