Využití technologie místního ohřevu laserem pro soustružení těžceobrobitelných materiálů

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the method of preheating of difficult to machine materials, in particular using laser technology. The first part describes the principle, classification methods preheating and specific laser for turning and milling. The second part is an analysis of the existing technology. The following is a proposal for a new local heating laser technology for turning, the election of a new machine, the adjustment of the technological process and tools used. In the final part of the work is performed technical-economic evaluation of the current production is compared with the newly proposed of manufacturing times and costs.
