Osobní výtah s nosností 550 kg

Abstract

V mé diplomové práci jsem měl za úkol navrhnout osobní výtah s nosností 550 kg. V první kapitole své práce se zaměřuji na různé typy výtahů z hlediska pohonu, konstrukce a účelu. Dále se věnuji popisu částí výtahů, které jsou nezbytné k bezpečnému provozu. V praktické části diplomové práce se věnuji výpočtům jednotlivých komponentů a volbě vhodného výtahové stroje. Většinu výpočtů dělám pomocí normy ČSN EN 81-1+A3. Po navržení všech částí jsem vypracoval technickou dokumentaci.

The task of the thesis was a project of a passenger elevator with capacity of 550 kg. The first part of the thesis is focused on different types of elevators from the point of drive, construction and purpose. The parts of elevators which are necessary for the safe working are also described. Calculations of the individual components and choice of the suitable elevator machine can be found in the practical part of the thesis. Most of the calculations were done by following ČSN EN 81-1+A3 norm. After designing of all the parts the technical documentation was formulated.
