Hodnocení odchylky kruhovitosti a její využití v technické praxi.

Abstract

Diplomová práce obsahuje přehled poznatků o hodnocení a měření odchylky kruhovitosti. V úvodu je charakterizována daná problematika. V další části je popsána charakteristika společnosti The TIMKEN Company. Další teoretické části obsahují popis problematiky měření odchylky kruhovitosti, příčiny jejich vzniku, parametry, metody měření, měřící zařízení a nejistoty měření. V experimentální části je uveden popis měřených součástí a měřící technika, na které byli provedeny měření daných součástí. Dále je v ní poukázáno na rozdílnost naměřených výsledků, porovnání měření odchylky kruhovitosti a jeho statistické vyhodnocení.

Thesis contains an overview of findings of roundness deviation evaluation and measurement. In the introduction the given issue is characterized. In the other part the characterization of The TIMKEN Company is described. Other theoretical parts include description of issues of roundness deviation measurement, cause of their formation, parameters, measurement methods, measuring equipment and measurement uncertainty. The experimental part introduces the description of measured components and measuring equipment on which the measurements of given components were accomplished. Further in this part a difference in measured values, comparison of roundness deviation measurement and its statistical evaluation is pointed out.
