Stanovení limitního zatížení nápravy sportovního auta při havárii

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením limitního zatížení nápravy automobilu Toyota MR2. Nejprve byl zjišťován Youngův modul pryže experimentem a poté ověřován analýzou. Postupně byly analyzovány potřebné díly nápravy automobilu, kterými byly tyče příčného uložení, těhlice vozidla a tyč podélného uložení. Největší důraz byl kladen na analýzu podélného uložení a také na analýzu celkové sestavy zavěšení kola. U podélného zavěšení byla zjišťována kritická síla, při které dojde ke ztrátě stability. U analýzy celkové sestavy byla prováděna celková pevnostní analýza. Výpočet byl prováděn v softwaru Ansys Workbench 18.2.

The bachelor thesis deals with the limitation of the axle load of the Toyota MR2. At first, Young's modulus was determined by the experiment and subsequently verified by the analysis. Gradually, the necessary parts of the car were analyzed, such as the transverse rod, the longitudinal bars and the knuckle. The greatest emphasis was placed on the analysis of the transverse rod and also on the analysis of the overall wheel suspension assembly. The critical buckling force was found in the transvers suspension. The strength analysis was performed for the assembly. The calculation was performed in Ansys Workbench 18.2 software.
