Systém hodnocení zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The diploma thesis called “A System of Employee Appraisal in a Chosen Organization” is focused on assessment of employees in the company that works in the sphere of whole sale and retail sale of food, bakery products, cosmetics, toiletries and household products. The aim of this thesis is to analyze current system of evaluation in this chosen organisation and to recommend proposals for the improvement. In the first part there is the summary of theoretical knowledge of employees’ assessment. In the practical part the analyses of current evaluation system within the particular company is described. On the basis of information from questionnaires and interview with personal manager of the company, certain recommendations how the assessment system in the organisation should be are proposed.
