Abstract

A subject matter of the bachelor thesis is a description of a design of a measuring track with pumps. It acquaints with problems of measurement and operation of the pumps connected in parallel and in series. In an introductory part there is to be found description of the measurement tracks, the pumps and the measuring instruments. The paper focuses on the orifice plate design and the detailed description of the methods of measurement and production of the energy responses of the pumps. It shows the main differences present in the resulting energy responses between pumps connections in parallel and in series. The designed measuring track with the pumps is documented in a graphic attachment of the bachelor thesis.
