Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with designing a learing bucket conveyor. The first part presents a research of buckets conveyors, their classification and description of individual components. It also describes the mechanisms behind a material flow of these conveyors, followed by a concept of a driving part with two sprockets. The take up device is equipped by screws which are located in special bearing housings made by Haberkorn company. The buckets are fixed on two chains with carriery by conecting parts. The contruction is formed from aluminium profiles with particular connecting parts. Between them transparent plexiglass are located in order to enable seeing the entire process of a material flow in the conveyor. The mobility is treated by means of four wheels, the two of them include breake. The overall aim of the concept is primarily based on mobility and safety, which are also the major characteristics of the conveyor.
