Abstract
In this thesis I deal the question of the correct setting of the remuneration system of business managers, fixed and variable parts of salary, financial and non-financial rewards and motivation of the sales managers. In the selected company I compare the original remuneration and evaluation system of traders with a newly configured system. I examine the consequences of the changes in the remuneration system, the effectiveness of commissions paid, impact the trader's behavior on the company's results. Final part of the work is a global assessment of the change and final recommendation.
