Abstract

This thesis was addressed and implemented in the company of fortell Ltd. It deals with the issue of change in measurement methodology for statistical evaluation of process and product Ppk, Cpk, one of the SPC dimensions of metal parts. According to statistical verification of MSA instrument capability of the proposed methodology of measuring assistance gauge Mitutoyo absolute digimatic ID-F, the meter is determined to be ineligible. Next a new methodology for measurement is set by measuring on the 3D touch sensing center Wenzel LH65. After verification of the meter there is a change in measuring methodology guaranteeing conditions for evaluating the process and product Ppk, Cpk. The process is streamlined by automating of the measurement.
