Abstract

This bachelor thesis The Operation Management of Accommodation Facilities in Tourism examine the topic with two different aspects, theoretical and practical. In theoretical part, where both the printed literature and internet sources were used, basic concepsts are introduced and explained, than entire topic is described, as well as the key sections of operation management, the manager personality and eventual management styles. In practical part the questionnaire research and the SWOT analysis methods are used. These investigate specific accomodation facility, Augustiniánský dům ****superior hotel. Application of verbally and graphic apparatus described results leads to conclusions and recommandations listed in the final chapters.
