Analýza technologií tváření na lisech excentrických a se servopohonem

Abstract

This Master´s thesis is concerned with the theoretical analysis and comparison of classical eccentric press technology and eccentric press with servo – drive technology. Furthermore this theory is tested in practice, specifically a 600 ton eccentric press and an 800 ton servo – drive eccentric press, during the pressing of dedicated parts on a dedicated tool in the company Klein & Blažek Ltd. The aim of this thesis is the technical–economical analysis of the given technology, which will result in a conclusion confirming or not the reality that servo–drive technology brings in these kinds of advantages which the company Klein & Blažek Ltd expects.
