Využití systému CoolLine při dělení materiálu laserovým řezáním

Abstract

The master thesis deals with the method of cooling the cutting area with liquid around laser beam and its use for cutting mild steel with a thickness of 15 mm. The theoretical part describes the water-cooling system CoolLine, his principle, benefits and maintenance. The experimental part focuses on structural steel cutting laser thickness 15 mm and 20 mm. On the basis of samples is compared CoolLine cooling technology with conventional technologies, material cutting CO2 laser. Subsequently, the results are analyzed in the table, which is a deciding factor in choosing technology for new orders. Finally, the results of the experiment are used economically and evaluated in real contracts.
