Abstract
This bachelor work deals with methodic procedure of founding an air transport company. In the introduction there is the historic development of an air transport company. In the following part there are presented air transport companies in the Czech Republic and further on the present state of air transport companies in the world. In the concluding part the procedure of how to found an air transport company is described.
