Abstract

Fund of cultural and social requirements (FCSR) is created by organization, to which have these responsibilities been set by law. The purpose of iťs creation was to secure cultural, social and other requirements and it was designated for employees and other individuals set by law. FCSR is composed from basic allocation of budget of organizational unit og the government from annual expenses, which have been cleared for salaries and salary compensations. Donations are part of thy fund and they are used according to public notice. This bachelor thesis "Utilization of FCSR in Bureau of Labor in Most" is aimed on analysis of withdrawals of fund in this organization, analysis of possibilities of applications, comparison of withdrawals in years 2007 - 2009. Thesis is also aimed on design of new inspiring utilization in favor of employees.
