Zařízení pro sušení sudů na plnicí lince

Abstract

Obsahem této diplomové práce je návrh zařízení na sušení 5l soudků pomocí stlačeného vzduchu po jejich naplnění a umytí. Nejprve jsou popsány vlastnosti stlačeného vzduchu s přiblížením možností ofuku a sušení tlakovým vzduchem. Dále je navržen sklon gravitačního dopravníku pro samovolné rozjetí soudku. Následně je zvolen způsob osušení celého soudku a pro tuto možnost navrhnuty všechny prvky pneumatického obvodu tak, aby byla zajištěna jeho správná funkce. K této práci je také vypracována výkresová dokumentace, obsahující schéma obvodu, schéma zapojení prvku ve skříni, seznam použitých prvků v obvodu a dispoziční výkres zařízení.

This master thesis contains the design of the equipment for drying 5l barrels with compressed air after filling and cleaning proces. The properties of the compressed air are described first and also the options of compressed air blowing devices. The next part is the calculation of the angle of the gravity conveyor, so the barrel can start off by itself. In the following part is chosen the way of drying the whole barrel and the selection of optimal pneumatical components for this option, so it is working properly. For this thesis, there are also developed the drawings containing the circuit schema, component connection schema in the box, list of used components in the circuit and the layout drawing of the device.
