Libor Nečas, Ph.D. The diploma thesis deals with the rationalization of assembly processes in an engineering company. The introduction describes the theoretical part in the assembly processes and rationalization in production, which were used later in the practical part. In moving to the practical part, an extensive description of the company with financial analyzes is described here. The company's production activities and focus on a specific problem are also described. The current problems and goals were described within the issue. Assembly procedures were designed and standardized with a new assembly procedure design. When applying the new assembly procedure designed within the work, the total working time will be rationalized and shortened. The content of this work are instructions for the workflow, which is included in the appendices.
