Abstract

The objective of the thesis is focused on improving of managerial performance through managerial grid. Managerial grid allows objectively evaluate an individual's behavior, his management style and points to possible improvements, weaknesses in his behavior. In this work were used statistical methods, comparative methods of personal preference, method of analysis, explanation and descriptive research. Object of the study become a group of nine managers, the results were compared with workshops being held in 2005 and 2008. During processing showed that managers mistakenly believe what style of leadership they use. Move was demonstrated not only in individual leadership styles before and after completing, well as in years to come. The results showed an increase in efficiency and achievement of synergie.
