Návrh svařovacího přípravku na horní rám sedadla pro robotické pracoviště

Abstract

The master thesis was prepared in cooperation with the company BORCAD cz s. r. o. It deals with the design - construction design of a welding jig for the upper seat fame for a robotic workplace. The introductory part of the work is devoted to the description of the existing variants of the jig and the theoretical aspects of the jig. The following is a description of the robotic workplace, two-seater and upper frame. Subsequently, the individual variants of the solution are introduced, the insertion and clamping of the individual parts of the weldment, the following is a description of the pneumatic circuit and the individual parts of the jig are described. The final part of the work contains the calculation part and the work is accompanied by the relevant drawing documentation.
